Michael is a family man with 5 beautiful children and an amazing wife! He is committed to his clients as if performing services for his family!

Michael Nibarger, the owner and operator, is a Certified Master Inspector and is listed as such through the Master Inspector Certification Board (this can be verified with the verify CMI logo). In addition to this, Michael runs a successful real estate investment business that consists of everything from remodels, tear down and rebuilds, to new construction! This ensures Michael stays up to date with current building methods, codes, compliance, and trends! This also ensures that Your Choice Inspections has a prime list of top-notch contracting vendors that we share with our clients to ensure they receive the best possible service and work on their current or future home.

Erik Baird is a licensed professional home inspector and Certified Pest Control Applicator who has been licensed for over 10 years. During that time he performed over a thousand home and WDI inspections.

He has been contracting with Your Choice Inspections performing WDI inspections and will now be performing home inspections for us also, offering our clients the wealth of experience and expertise he has gained over his career.
